The coat of arms of Kupres is quartered to the chief dexter by a triple watle or, first gules Frnaciscan achivement or, second and thrid chequy gules and argent and fourth azure an arm embowed clead gules armoured and gloved or holding a sword also or and inscribed in two rows KUP/RES of the last. The Franciscan (Ordo Fratrum Minorum) coat of arms consisting of two arms in saltire and a Latin cross, is included to denote their role in preservation of the Croatian nation in the region. The embowed arm with the sword is the medieval arms of Rama. The flag, details unconfirmed, consist of off-set quartred fields, red, white, white and blue, with the coat of arms in it.

The coat of arms of Livno pictures the monument of king Tomislav, first Croatian king, by tradition, crowned in the region in 925, and shape of Troglav, the highest peak of Dinara mountains. The green base symbolizes the Livno field with three rivers (Bistrica, Sturba and Žabljak) flowing from the city to it. The flag is red with a white cross throughout and the coat of arms in its centre.

Tomislavgrad, previously called Duvno, adopted a coat of arms divided per fess; upper part is red with golden crown, lower par white with red church. The coat of arms has a ceremonial version surrounded with a wreath of maize in base and topped with the name of the city.
The flag is white over red bicolour with coat of arms in the middle. The version with the ceremonial coat of arms is used mainly as table flag.
