The regulations on the local flags in Croatia require that a flag of a city or community be of a field of one colour with the coat of arms in the middle or offset towards hoist. Most of the communities follow this rule.
In 1997 are the communities of Bukovlje, Dragalić, Gornja Vrba and Sikirevci are formed.
Legal notice: The counties, cities and communities in the Republic of Croatia by their decision on adoption and use of the coats of arms and flags limit the use of these symbols only after obtaining an explicit written permission. However, most of the units of local government and self-government by the same decisions explicitly allow the free use of the symbols in the educational and scientific purposes and in the artistic creation, under condition that such use does not offend the dignity and honour of the local unit. The author of these pages considers that the depiction of the coats of arms and the flags here meets the conditions of free use in that sense.

The coat of arms of Bebrina is azure a border guard argent. It is the soldier from 18th century, when the region was part of the Military Border against the Ottomans in the typicial gear, holding a long rifle. The flag is blue with the coat of arms in the middle, bordered red and blue. The ceremonial flag is a blue gonfalon, triangularly ending, with the coat of arms in the middle, bordered red and blue, above it yellow inscription in two arches OPĆINA BEBRINA and below it flanking the coat of arms an oak branch and three corn ears. The gonfalon is atypically bordered red, and has golden fringe along the bottom.
The symbols adopted in 2000 differed from the latter: the shield is described as blue bordered red, with a border guard figure, the bottom two fiufths are divided with wavy lines into dark blue and yellow, from the latter a fish issuant. In the chief is the sun over which are seen "shadows of wild geese flying". The flag is 1:2 dark blue with the coat of arms in its centre, its hight 2/3 of the flag width. These symbols were apparently not approved by the central authorities.

The coat of arms of Sikirevci is or an axe argent handeled maroon bendwise sinistre stuck in a stump issuant from a base vert. The axe (Croatian sjekira, locally sikira) is a reference to the community name. The 2006 statutes claims that it is the historical coat of arms of the community, even though it has clearly been devised only in 2004. The flag is green with the coat of arms bordered white in the middle. The ceremonial flag is a green gonfalon ending triangularly with golden fringe with the coat of arms bordered white in the middle, above it golden inscription of the name of the community and below a wreath of an oak branch and a wheat garb.
The community of Sikirevci was seceeded from Slavonski Šamac in 1997.
