In order to maintain the traditional workshop atmosphere of the PANCARDI meeting series the Dubrovnik meeting would not be longer than three days period. Due to large number of papers submitted for the oral type of presentation, each oral contribution will be allotted 15 minutes (sharp!) including discussion time. Sorry about that!

There is possibility of parallel sessions (2nd day of meeting parallel sessions will be organized if that become necessary)!

We recommend use of transparencies and/or slides. Slides should be checked before the presentation in the period provided by our technical staff. Please contact the Organising committee if you have special demonstration requirements (Power Point type of presentation, resolution 800 x 600). Poster sessions will be allocated at their own time at which no oral sessions will be held. Poster size should not exceed 1 m in width and 1 m in height (dimension of board which top edge is placed at approx. 2 m height - so if you need you may use empty space below the board and have a little bit "longer" poster printed in portrait mode). Each poster board will be identified by the abstract title and author's name placed at the top of the board. Double-sided adhesive tape can be used. Due to a large number of posters a timetable for mounting/dismounting the posters will be made.
