Since its establishment in 1972, the International Cultural Centre has continued to broaden and enrich its cultural and education programme wich includes: theatre performances, concerts, exibitions, panel discussions, lectures, workshops, seminars, courses, and the like. 

Our speciality is the puppet theatre. Each year at the end of August we organise a major international puppet theatre festival - the PIF. Apart from that, our activites throughout the year include the organisation of puppetry shows for children, puppeteer seminars, international puppetry workshops, exibitions, and so on. We collect puppetry texts and puppets, and have initiated our own library series - called Lutkanija - in which we publish puppetry texts and works from the fild of the history and theory of puppetry. Our library series IKS encompasses publication of works by Croatian authors translated into Esperanto.
