Association of birds and aquarium fishes breeders from Zagreb

Association of birds and aquarium fish breeders from Zagreb was established at year 1925.

Our association is a member of Croatian Ornithological Association (HOS), which is member of CONFEDERATION ORNITOLOGUIQUE MONDIALE (C.O.M.) .

Association of birds and aquarium fish breeders from Zagreb has four sections with around one hundred members. The sections are:

• section of canary breeders,
• section if parrots and exotic birds breeders,
• section of aquarium fishes breedes,
• section for protecting birds in nature.

Basic activities of our association are:

• popularisation of birds and aquarium fishes breading,
• protecting birds in nature
• organise of exhibitions
• organisation of visits to other's exhibitions
